Pantaya’s frame is made from an aluminum extrusion which undergoes multiple bending processes in order to construct its base ring and vertical spine.

Disegnata da Patricia Urquiola in collaborazione con Pablo Designs e Haworth, Pantaya trae ispirazione dalle strutture delle tende ad alte prestazioni e dall’abbigliamento sportivo. Un’unica maglia tridimensionale realizzata al 100% in poliestere riciclato si tende su una struttura in alluminio, creando una luminosa calotta a parete dall’aspetto architettonico ma leggerissimo. La maglia nasconde la struttura e diffonde delicatamente la luce emessa dal sistema LED integrato, completamente dimmerabile. Pantaya Sconce diffonde una luce calda e avvolgente, donando morbidezza e texture alla parete. Disponibile nei colori Roest, Sand, Olive e Graphite, nelle versioni a sospensione e da parete.

Patricia Urquiola

Patricia Urquiola is an acclaimed architect and designer, and has served as Art Director of Cassina since 2015. After studying in Madrid and graduating from the Politecnico di Milano under Achille Castiglioni, she founded her Milan-based studio in 2001, focusing on product design, architecture, and consulting. Known for blending advanced technology with warmth, tactility, and material innovation, Urquiola’s work has earned international recognition and is featured in collections including Museum of Modern Art and Triennale Milano.
