Integrated LED technology is embedded inside the chassis, allowing illumination to filter through the knit, softened, diffused, and evenly dispersed across the form.

3D Knit Technology

Our Fabric covers are knitted in one piece through a cutting edge automated knitting process and are available in four finishes.

Lightweight Aluminum Chassis

Pantaya’s frame is made from an aluminum extrusion which undergoes multiple bending processes in order to construct its base ring and vertical spine.

Conçue par Patricia Urquiola en collaboration avec Pablo Designs et Haworth, Pantaya s'inspire des structures de tentes haute performance et des vêtements de sport. Un maillage en tricot 3D d'une seule pièce, composé à 100 % de polyester recyclé, s'étire sur un châssis en aluminium, créant une applique murale lumineuse à l'aspect à la fois architectural et aérien. Le maillage dissimule la structure tout en diffusant doucement la lumière provenant de la matrice LED intégrée et entièrement gradable. L'applique Pantaya diffuse une lueur chaude et ambiante, tout en apportant douceur et texture au mur. Disponible dans les coloris Roest, Sand, Olive et Graphite, en configurations suspendue et murale.

Patricia Urquiola

Patricia Urquiola is an acclaimed architect and designer, and has served as Art Director of Cassina since 2015. After studying in Madrid and graduating from the Politecnico di Milano under Achille Castiglioni, she founded her Milan-based studio in 2001, focusing on product design, architecture, and consulting. Known for blending advanced technology with warmth, tactility, and material innovation, Urquiola’s work has earned international recognition and is featured in collections including Museum of Modern Art and Triennale Milano.
