Polyester Webbing Suspension

Pantaya uses Webbing suspension with integrated power and can be adjusted to direct the illumination.

Integrated LED

Integrated LED technology is embedded inside the chassis, allowing illumination to filter through the knit, softened, diffused, and evenly dispersed across the form.

3D Knit Technology

Our Fabric covers are knitted in one piece through a cutting edge automated knitting process and are available in four finishes.

Lightweight Aluminum Chassis

Pantaya’s precision-engineered aluminum chassis provides the structural foundation beneath its seamless knit cover. The lightweight frame integrates the lighting and electrical components while allowing the textile exterior to define the fixture’s soft, continuous form.

Conçue par Patricia Urquiola en collaboration avec Pablo Designs et Haworth, Pantaya s'inspire des structures de tentes haute performance et des vêtements de sport. Une maille tricotée en 3D d'une seule pièce, composée à 100 % de polyester recyclé, s'étire sur un châssis en aluminium, créant un auvent lumineux à l'aspect architectural et aérien. La maille dissimule la structure tout en diffusant en douceur l'éclairage de la rampe LED intégrée, entièrement dimmable. Des sangles en polyester permettent à Pantaya d'être suspendue horizontalement ou légèrement inclinée pour un éclairage directionnel. Disponible dans les coloris Roest, Sand, Olive et Graphite, en configurations suspension et applique.

Patricia Urquiola

Patricia Urquiola is an acclaimed architect and designer, and has served as Art Director of Cassina since 2015. After studying in Madrid and graduating from the Politecnico di Milano under Achille Castiglioni, she founded her Milan-based studio in 2001, focusing on product design, architecture, and consulting. Known for blending advanced technology with warmth, tactility, and material innovation, Urquiola’s work has earned international recognition and is featured in collections including Museum of Modern Art and Triennale Milano.
