Solis’s precision laser-cut polyester shade is held in tension between two polished chrome rings, creating a lightweight yet structured form. Its intricate pattern filters light into soft rays, delivering a balanced combination of direct and indirect illumination.

High-output LED Array

Solis Drum’s high-output LED diffuser delivers powerful, evenly distributed illumination across its expansive form. Producing 2,500 lumens in the 24" model and 5,600 lumens in the 36" model, it offers generous light output for a wide range of spaces.

La nueva lámpara colgante Solis Drum es la última incorporación a la elegante familia de suspensiones Solis. Con una combinación única y cautivadora de luces y sombras, Solis Drum está fabricada con tela de poliéster cortada con láser, combinada con una estructura de anillos de aluminio en la parte superior e inferior que permite que la pantalla cuelgue bajo tensión. Solis Drum también emplea un impresionante difusor de cúpula LED que abarca el diámetro del anillo superior, irradiando luz hacia abajo y hacia los lados para proyectar patrones cálidos y brillantes en el espacio que la rodea. El efecto es una sensación de ingravidez que invita a un nuevo tipo de relación con la fuente de luz. Perfecta sobre una mesa de comedor, en una entrada o en grandes grupos.

Carmine Deganello

Carmine Deganello is a product and architectural designer based in Amsterdam and Milan. His experimental approach begins with material research, revealing unexpected possibilities in form and production. A graduate of Florence’s Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche, his long-term collaboration with Pablo Designs include Solis, Talia and the T.O collection, reflecting a shared sensitivity to materials and light. His work has been presented at the Triennale Design Museum in Milan and the MAK Museum in Vienna.
